SISTECH company began its operations in 2006 as a business engaged in plastics processing. From the beginning, it took on difficult and intricate projects. Customer demands and the commitment to fulfill their expectations led to the creation of its own toolroom, which leveraging the rich experience of its staff in designing, manufacturing, and operating injection molds, dies, stamping tools, and other devices, enabled the dynamic growth of the company. In a short time, successful collaborations were established with companies in the automotive, household appliances, agricultural, and furniture industries.

Continuous development has required modernizing the machinery park and enhancing the qualifications of employees to enable the implementation of increasingly advanced solutions. In its current legal form, following transformations since 2016, the company operates as SISTECH FN Ltd. Partnership.
In 2020, the company completed an investment in a new headquarters located in the Leszno IDEA investment zone. The new location allowed for an expansion of the production and services.

As part of the new facility, a modern research and development center was established, enabling, among other things, an expansion of activities related to innovation implementation, shorter prototyping times, and cost optimization. The research and development center serves the comprehensive development of plastic product manufacturing, including the design and creation of optimized injection molds in terms of efficiency, as well as the production of even more precise plastic components that meet the growing requirements of current and future customers.
