The processed data includes: email address, first name and surname, and any other data you provide to the Company in email correspondence. The data is stored on an external mail server. Your data will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons or entities.

Personal data contained in invoices and other accounting documents are processed by the Company for the purpose of fulfilling its legal obligations arising from accounting and tax regulations, as well as for the purpose of pursuing the Company’s legitimate interests (possible claims) – Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) of GDPR. The data is obtained from you and from publicly available registers (CEIDG, National Court Register – KRS). The processed personal data includes: company name and address of the seller or buyer, tax identification number (NIP), details of the signatory, and other data included in invoices and accounting documents.
